Einherjar Schedule Change - 10/20/09

Due to Chahya's account being compromised, it is possible that Odin will not take place 10/20/09. In it's place will be a T3 run to finish Dantess' set.

While we're not postponing Odin just yet, this announcement is to serve as a reminder that a change could happen. If you are not/cannot sign up for Odin, pop into the linkshell anyway to see if it's been changed.

We likely will not know if it will be changed until late Tuesday afternoon.

Chahya's account was last used as a mule in Xarcabard. For those of you wondering, there was not much of anything on the account of significant value. Yoteo primarily used Chahya as his crafting mule and hadn't done any serious crafting on it in several months. The Obsidian bank had been on the account as well, but that was moved to one of my accounts in August.

Worst case scenario is we push Odin back a week (again...sorry...) and Chahya/Yoteo loses about 500k (give or take) in assets.

Currently, Chahya's account is LM-17'd. It's looking like this will be a T3 run tonight unless something major develops over the next couple hours.

Ok, so here's the deal.

Chahya's account was definitely hacked and banned for pos hacking. In order to unban it, Yoteo is going to have to jump through a ton of hoops and provide a ton of information to SE to show it wasn't him or anyone he's allowed onto the account. Given the fact that we don't have a time table for the return of that mule, we basically have to consider it a lost Odin set for now.

The good news in all of this is that we have time. Dantess, as I mentioned before, is currently 8/9 on his feather set. On top of this, Jess is currently 8/9 and Nirion is something like 5/9. What this means is that a week from today (unless Jess gets hacked...), we'll be doing Odin using Jess' set and have Dantess ready the following Odin. By then, Nirion's set should be complete as well as Yoteo's potentially.

So while I absolutely hate to postpone Odin again, we're left with no choice. Sorry for the inconvenience and I appreciate your patience.

I would also like to thank Gawayne for making an awesome website. It was useful in helping me collect the information I needed to give (what I feel) is a pretty solid case. Easy time conversions, and aid finding the IP's of the people who were allowed to use the account. We're on a sit and wait stage now, so hopefully it gets resolved quickly.
