Past two weeks have been horrible from a teamwork and clean run standpoint. Many things can be attributed to it, but the single biggest thing is lack of preparedness and a bad attitude. Being prepared is something we can fix. Bad attitude is something we will be kicking people out for in the near future. I'd suggest every single one of you read (or re-read) the following guides and do you part to clean up the crap game play that's starting to become prevalent in these runs.

Dynamis-Xarcabard is pretty self-explanatory. If you haven't figured out kill orders from the 5 other zones listed here + the fact they're actually named after their jobs, then you probably don't need to be on the front lines tanking.
I'm going to go down the list of things that need fixing:
1. Tanking - Some of you I've warned personally several times (and are about to be kicked). Others haven't had much experience. Generally speaking, the more you know about the mobs we're fighting, the faster you choice of mobs will be.
The tank's purpose is to guide his/her alliance to the next mob. While you may believe you need to go all out and hold hate to save your alliance member's lives, you don't. 9/10, the mob will be dead before your provoke or flash timers are up again. On top of that, most of the melee that come into dynamis now have a way of defending themselves, even the ones subbing THF. They're not going to die if they get punched once or twice. Focus on moving from one mob to the next in the specific order that we have laid out.
2. Crowd Control (mage) - This is to the BLMs specifically and to very few of the RDMs. Too many times have we seen BLMs completely ignore the huge train of mobs the puller is bringing back and immediately turn their attention to the statues. While the statues do present an issue, they're easily soloable and easily avoided (they move at a turtle's pace). I'm not saying BLMs should ALWAYS sleep first, I'm saying pay attention to your surroundings. Pay attention to the fact that in CoP zones or in Dynamis-Xarc, the RDMs are not going to have access to Sleepga due to subbing DRK. Pay attention to the number of RDMs that we bring into a zone. Some days we end up with 6 RDMs and 4 of them are stuck healing parties. Other days we end up with 6 RDMs and have 4 SMNs and 6 WHMs to heal everyone. It is not always, enter zone, nuke stat, doze off until next batch of statues or eyes come.
2a. Crowd Control (melee) - A lot of you have provoke. Use it. Keeping the sleepers alive = you staying alive. It doesn't get any more plain than that.
3. Wipes - An occassional Astral Flow or Mijin Gakure can't be helped. They suck when they happen, but all we can do is pick ourselves up and keep moving. What's really going to irritate the sackholders and fellow members are when we wipe because we're somehow overwhelmed by 6 mobs. Things like fighting WHM mobs that 2 hour and wake up sleeping mobs, having autotarget turned on during dynamis and taking a swipe at an avatar, etc. Sackholders will be able to tell if we're going to wipe. When we say die, find the nearest mob, wake it up and get yourself killed. The longer you stay alive kiting mobs, the longer our recovery is going to take.
4. Preparedness - Too many of you aren't bringing supplies. Reraise Gorgets/Hairpins/Earrings in particular. If this keeps up, I'm going to instruct any one with Raise to just cast it and not show any concern for your buffers. We'll know if it gets dispelled based on what we've fought recently, but from now on, if we wipe and you don't have RR up because you forgot your item, don't expect much sympathy for your buffer or the time you spend trying to get that back.
5. AFK - Not official yet, but we're sick of this crap happening in the last 10 minutes and costing members items they're busting their asses for. I've put a motion into place for vote to immediately remove members found to be AFK in the last 10 minutes. Either log your ass out if you have to AFK or don't go AFK. It doesn't get any more black and white than that.
